At the HOLZMA Treff 2010 BARGSTEDT presented the plane storage system TLF410 with many innovations combined with a HOLZMA saw.

With the TLF410 from the product range of the plane storage system BARGSTEDT presented exactly that system at his year's HOLZMA Treff that enables the necessary process optimization and safety for the craft producer to respond dynamically to the requirements of the market.

Visitors were able to convince themselves at the BARGSTEDT storage system how the space in the storage is optimized according to the requirements and how panels of different materials and thickness were fed on demand and with high dynamic to the linked HOLZMA horizontal saw. One of the topics for BARGSTEDT was the process safety. Due to an ingenious sensor technology the TLF410 recognizes each stored material and calculates the optimal necessary capacity for the separation of a board from the stack. We installed a digital display directly at the storage system to make the capacity calculation optically visible. On this display visitors could exactly observe which data were processed by the storage while feeding.

Also the new version 4.7.1 of the storage software TLF woodStore was very interesting. Due to many new functions and a simpler operation BARGSTEDT customers are able to create processes easier and to adapt their production even faster according to the order process.

The best: Also customers who already own a storage system can update it to the new version.
